Q: I already have chemicals, can you use those during a service?
A: Yes! Just let us know that you have chemicals and make sure they are easily accessed when we come to your service. Also select customer supplied chemicals on the fixed price quote form.
Q: How long does a typical pool cleaning service take?
A: A standard pool cleaning service usually takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of your pool and the level of cleaning required. Green pool recovery services may take longer, especially if multiple visits are needed.
Q: Do I need to be home during the service?
A: Not necessarily! As long as we have access to your pool and the necessary equipment (e.g., pump, skimmer baskets), our technicians can perform the service without you being home. We will always leave a Pool Health Report and any important notes for you.
Q: Will I need to add more chemicals after the service?
A: Our team performs thorough water testing and balances your pool’s chemicals as part of our service. However, depending on factors such as pool usage, weather, and water chemistry, you may need to make occasional adjustments. We’ll provide clear instructions if any additional chemicals are needed.
