How often should I have my pool cleaned?
For most pools, we recommend regular cleaning every 1-2 weeks to maintain optimal water quality and prevent debris buildup. However, the frequency may vary depending on factors such as pool size, usage, and environmental conditions. We offer flexible cleaning plans to suit your needs.
My pool is green. Can you help with that?
Yes we can, we provide Green Pool Recovery services. The process for green pools is a little bit different to a regular service though, so check out the Green Pool Recovery page here!
I already have chemicals, can you use those during a service?
Yes! Just let us know that you have chemicals and make sure they are easily accessed when we come to your service.
How long does a typical pool cleaning service take?
A standard pool cleaning service usually takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of your pool and the level of cleaning required. Green pool recovery services may take longer, especially if multiple visits are needed.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily! As long as we have access to your pool and the necessary equipment (e.g., pump, skimmer baskets), our technicians can perform the service without you being home. We will always leave a Pool Health Report and any important notes for you.
Will I need to add more chemicals after the service?
Our team performs thorough water testing and balances your pool’s chemicals as part of our service. However, depending on factors such as pool usage, weather, and water chemistry, you may need to make occasional adjustments. We’ll provide clear instructions if any additional chemicals are needed.
